Last night there was a cockroach in our room. We were asleep when the cockroach crawled onto Ruth’s arm. She screamed, “Ahhhh…there’s a cockroach!” I quickly scraped the cockroach off of my leg. I wanted to sleep again. Ruth wouldn’t because she knew the cockroach was still alive and inside the room. She said, “Turn on that light so we can find the cockroach. When I saw the cockroach I grabbed a book and smashed it. Then we were able to sleep well.
